Pam Hunter's Bio:
I love to nurture children. One of my passions is to introduce music to children at a young age so they'll carry that love the rest of their lives.  Whether that means through a group class, private piano or violin, they will embrace the love and pursuit of music which builds character,
confidence and self-esteem.

Pam Hunter Owner/teacher

I received my B.A. Degree to become a music teacher while specializing in violin from CSUDH.  I teach violin from Suzuki training (2012) as well as incorporating philosophies from Mimi Zweig and other trainers. I also love teaching piano to children and adults!

In 2010 I attended a year-long workshop on piano techniques from acclaimed Korean pianist and trainer Eulsun Rust and her husband, composer, author and pianist, Terrence Rust at Sherman Clay Pianos in Santa Clara. I also taught violin, piano and group classes at The Music Place from 2008-2012.

My non- music credentials include  BS degrees from WIliam Jessup University in Bible and Theology and Christian Leadership. I became a licensed children's pastor continuing my teaching of children but adjusted my focus to supporting families. I teach with the whole person in mind.  I am interested in helping your child gain confidence as well as discover his/her own musical gifts.and creativity.
My 22 years experience in teaching and leadership roles have contributed to my achieving these goals with my students.
